Christ Centered In The City (CCIC) is a Christ-centered ministry under Dr. Valerie Arthur Ministries, and is committed to advancing biblical truth, spiritual formation, and Kingdom-minded discipleship.
Through its School of Ministry, CCIC offers faith-based certification courses that equip believers with a deeper understanding of Scripture, theological clarity, and practical readiness for faithful service.
CCIC exists to form grounded disciples of Jesus Christ by strengthening biblical understanding, cultivating spiritual maturity, and sharpening discernment for life, ministry, and leadership within the Church and the community.
The CCIC School of Ministry is offered in partnership with Oral Roberts University Bible Institute.

Dr. Valerie Arthur is a distinguished philanthropist and visionary leader committed to transformative humanitarian work and Christian missions. Her enduring dedication to nonprofit service, educational advancement, and spiritual development reflects her passion for catalyzing lasting change in underserved communities.
Dr. Valerie holds an Associate of Science from Mercer County Community College, a Bachelor of Science from Cairn University, and both a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate in Prison Policy and Transformative Justice from New Brunswick Theological Seminary.
